YALL. Friday nights used to be pure chaos at our restaurant. People waiting, hostesses stressed, everyone asking how much longer. Implemented their AI claims intake system at our brokerage about 4 months ago. Processing time went from ~45 minutes per claim to under 10. Clients can submit anytime, not just business hours, which has been a big plus. The system captures everything we need including photo documentation. Clean build, minimal issues during rollout. Would work with them again.
